Surprise!

Andrew’s wife pulled it off! She surprised Andrew, our oldest son for his 28th Birthday!

His Birthday is today, November 15th, but they are working today, so Sunday night she took him to pizza delight to celebrate. Unbeknown to him family and friends would also be there!

Adventure For Two

I am from Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, Canada and I'm back from traveling with my husband on an expat assignment to foreign lands. 2011-2012 we were in Shenyang, China. Spring 2012- Spring 2013 we were in Resende,RJ Brazil then back to Shenyang, China in July 2013 until the end of July 2014. Expat life WAS amazing! Adventure abounds no matter where we travel to. We really enjoyed the amazing opportunity to live and experience culture and tradition in these places. BUT now we are finished and adjusting to life in our small town in Canada. Our days of travel and adventure are not over.

    1. Oh yes! Especially if you are the one pulling off the surprise. It was fun and a great way to finish off the weekend. The pizza was delish! I was gonna have a salad but… the smell made me change my mind. I still can’t believe my kids are getting that old!!

      1. Glad you went for the pizza! And I’m pretty sure you don’t look old enough to have kids that old haha. I’m not just being nice- I’m serious! Belated happy birthday to him by the way!

      2. Haha you’re sweet! All I ever wanted was to be a Mommy and homemaker. I started nursing but was too young to handle the emotions that went with it for me. My husband & I met when I was 16, married when I was 18, had my first baby when I was 20, and then 21 and then 23. Those were the days!!! Now we can enjoy our adult kids and still feel as young as them ( most days) lol.
